By using AppRoast, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. About AppRoast
AppRoast is an AI-powered app review analysis and monitoring platform operated by FHU Grest, Mokra 33, Kajetany, Poland. The service analyzes publicly available app reviews from third-party marketplaces and generates AI-driven insights for product teams and developers.
AppRoast is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc., Google LLC, the Apple App Store, or Google Play. All product names and trademarks are property of their respective owners.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use AppRoast. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. AI-generated insights disclaimer
AppRoast uses artificial intelligence, including large language models, to analyze app reviews and generate insights. All AI-generated content including roasts, summaries, complaint analysis, competitor reports, and recommendations is:
- Informational only — not legal, financial, or business advice
- Generated automatically without human review
- Not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or reliable
- Based on a sample of publicly available reviews, not exhaustive data
You agree not to rely solely on AppRoast outputs for business, financial, legal, or product decisions.
4. Data ownership
You retain ownership of the app identifiers, company information, and any data you provide to AppRoast. AppRoast retains ownership of the platform, software, AI models, report structures, and derived analytics methodology.
You may use generated insights, roasts, and reports internally for product and business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit AppRoast outputs without prior written permission.
5. Subscriptions and billing
AppRoast offers monthly and annual subscription plans processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing:
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period
- You authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on renewal
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from Plan & Billing in your dashboard
- Upon cancellation, access remains active until the end of the current billing period
- Plan changes take effect at the next billing cycle
AppRoast also offers lifetime deals through select partner platforms (e.g. AppSumo). Lifetime deals are subject to their own purchase terms and are not subject to monthly or annual renewal.
6. Refund policy
Except where required by applicable law, all subscription payments and one-time purchases are non-refundable. No prorated refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
Consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of initial purchase, provided the service has not been materially used. To request a withdrawal, contact support@approast.app within 14 days of purchase.
Exceptions may be granted at our sole discretion in cases of documented technical failure on our part.
7. Fair usage
Paid plans include usage limits (roasts per month, reviews per roast, monitored apps). We may apply rate limits and anti-abuse protections. Attempting to bypass limits may result in suspension or termination without refund.
8. Prohibited activities
- Scrape, crawl, or automate access to AppRoast beyond normal use
- Bulk-export, mirror, or commercially resell AppRoast datasets or outputs
- Reverse engineer the platform or attempt unauthorized access
- Overload infrastructure or conduct denial-of-service attacks
- Use bots to abuse free trial limits or usage quotas
- Build competing products derived primarily from AppRoast outputs
9. Service availability and third-party dependencies
AppRoast depends on third-party services including Apple App Store, Google Play, AI model providers, review scraping infrastructure, and search APIs. Changes in any of these services — including API changes, marketplace policy updates, or third-party outages — may affect feature availability without notice.
Monitoring scan intervals vary by plan (24–72 hours) and are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee real-time monitoring, uninterrupted service, perfect review coverage, or immediate alerts.
10. Monitoring limitations
Delta scans compare the most recent available reviews against previously seen data. Due to the nature of public marketplace APIs, some reviews may be delayed, missed, or duplicated. AppRoast is not liable for monitoring gaps caused by third-party data availability.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppRoast and FHU Grest shall not be liable for business losses, lost profits, product decisions made based on AI outputs, inaccurate analysis, missed monitoring events, or service downtime. Use AppRoast at your own risk.
12. Intellectual property
AppRoast branding, interface, software, and platform remain the property of FHU Grest. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative products from the platform without permission.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, scraping, violation of these Terms, or non-payment. Upon termination, your data will be deleted from our systems.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or prominent notice in the dashboard. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and applicable European Union law. Disputes shall be resolved by courts of competent jurisdiction in Poland.
